Under no circumstances do we sell your personal data or your customers' data to third-party data brokers.
3. TCPA and Consent
SpeakSync provides the infrastructure for outbound and inbound AI calls. It is the sole responsibility of the customer (you) to ensure that all outbound calls made via our platform comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable local constraints, including obtaining necessary explicit opt-in consents before initiating automated outbound calls.

SpeakSync utilizes enterprise-grade encryption both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance standards and implement strict role-based access controls across our internal infrastructure to safeguard your data.
